Here's the rules, very easy rules:
Draw your OC (or another's one OC) as A puppet fighting my Oc William E. as a puppet too, OR!! Drawing your Oc as a puppet in a fight pose.
The prizes: 1st place: Your Oc will be a fighter for the Special OC fight of CPPBT where he'll fight Will puppet and win. Your Oc will give the final blow.
2nd place: Your Oc will be the second fighter for the Special OC fight, partner with the first OC.
3rd place: Your Oc will joins the comentators for the special fight.
